Bio

Stephanie Tharpe is an Ace Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about meeting her clients right where they are. Her specialty is functional fitness, while helping her clients become stronger and better suited for their activities of daily living. Health and wellness goals do not have to be accomplished through grueling repetition, but can be a rewarding experience achieved with joy.

In 2018, Stephanie began working at the local YMCA as a Fitness Coach to assist new members in reaching their health and fitness goals, with a focus on weight loss. She discovered her love for coaching members, and decided to become a certified personal trainer.

Stephanie has worked with men and women to gain strength, stability, and flexibility. She has been fortunate enough to support clients with stroke recovery, assisting the elderly in gaining their balance back, as well as helping young mothers gain their strength and confidence back.

Pricing

$80 for 45 minute session
$90 for 60 minute session

$60/person for 60 minute partner session

Availability

Mondays: 8 am - 1 pm & 4 - 6 pm
Wednesdays: 8 am - 1 pm
Fridays: 8 am - 1 pm
