18 years ago, I was given a wakeup call by a well-meaning physician. He used a word to describe my current state of health that I had been blind to. That word was “obese”. I was faced with a decision: stay there and decline in health further or do something about it. Through the fundamental disciplines of good nutrition and consistent exercise, I lost 50 pounds and am in better shape now than I have ever been in my life. . Exercise and proper nutrition has helped me achieve not only physical goals but has strengthened my mental health as well. What started as a means to turn around my own health became a discipline and passion that I know share with others.


My desire as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach is to partner with you to help you define your goals and your “why”. We will set realistic benchmarks and work to progress in strength, endurance, weight loss and overall wellness so that you can feel your best at any age. It would be my honor to assist you in experiencing the countless benefits of taking charge of your health through the GIFT of movement and proper nutrition.
