Bio

Becoming an ACE Certified Personal Trainer enables me to share my love of physical fitness.
It’s my goal to have the most positive impact possible on the lives of the people I work with by helping them become stronger, more agile, mobile and balanced - all while having fun!

I continue to expand my knowledge through continuing education, and have also earned certificates in Strength Training for Fat Loss and TRX Suspension Bands. I have experience working with ages from 15 through 93 years old, and all fitness levels.

There is no one-size-fits-all workout. I will listen to you and encourage feedback. Each workout is personalized to your objectives, goals and ability. You’ll learn proper form and technique, gain confidence, and realize that you can do more than you think you can.

I’ll keep you accountable and motivate you to pursue your goals, one workout at a time. It’s just you against you. It’s never too late!

$45 for 30 minute session
$60 for 45 minute session
$70 for 60 minute session

$40/person for 60 minute partner session

Availability

Mondays: 10 am - 1 pm
Tuesdays: Call for availability
Wednesdays: Call for availability
Thursdays: 10 am - 2 pm
Fridays: 10 am - 2 pm
