Hello. My name is Charles. I am a Licensed Bodywork Therapist with a passion for Helping others learn. I am a process person. I am a firm believer that in order to solve a problem, you must have a strategy that is customized and sustainable for the individual.

I offer a variety of Fitness and Therapeutic Services. Massage and Bodywork sessions offer options geared more toward relaxation or they can be very hands on and educational.

Training sessions will lay a foundation of building strength by means of teaching proper movement mechanics (or form) as we progress you through a customized program tailored for your goals.

Personal Training

$50 for 45 Minute Session
$65 for 60 Minute Session

Massage Therapy

$60 for 45 Minute Post Workout Sports Massage.
$75 for 60 Minute Deep Tissue Massage.
$112.50 for 90 Minute Deep Tissue Massage.

Neuromuscular Therapy

$135 First Session. Includes Assessment, Initial Treatment, and Detailed write up with Follow up Plan. Allow 90 minutes.
$90 Follow up 60 Minute Session.
